Due to the perishable nature of our products, Love & Fleur does not accept returns on any flowers or floral arrangements once they have been delivered.

All sales are considered final.

We take great care to ensure all orders leave us in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to review refund requests under the conditions below.

• Your flowers arrive in poor condition

• You receive the incorrect item

Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (e.g. damaged flowers or incorrect items) when contacting us. This helps us assess the issue promptly and fairly.

Requests made after the 24-hour window or without sufficient proof may not be eligible for a refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible once the issue has been reviewed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days.
